Room

   During the conference, all participants can stay at the Dormitory of Kyung Hee University.

  Private room, on campus

  Shared room, on campus, I will share the room with

- Please make sure that all the facilities are self-service bases.

- Please check in Monday afternoon and Check out Saturday morning.

- The accommodation fee is 35,000 won per night, and the total fee is 175,000 Korean Won for five nights (June 27－July 2). If you want to stay in the Dormitory, you should pay the full amount of 175,000 Korean Won regardless of how many days you stay there. The accommodation fee is not refundable even if you check in late or check out early.

- Each room is equipped with 2 single beds / a private shower / bath room / wired LAN and AC(FCU).

- The room mate must be the same gender person. Please indicate his/her name.

- The room must be cleaned before the check out by yourselves. There is no room maid. 

                        ** In addition to the dormitories, conference participants are able to stay at a hotel.
